Cancellation Process
If you must cancel an arrangement, please notify our Pizlio Models team at least 48 hours in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
You may be charged the full price if you cancel less than 48 hours before your bookings.
Refund Process
We are delighted to provide a full refund for any services that are cancelled within 48 hours of the booking. However, there is no reimbursement available in services are cancelled after 48 hours.
